Getting Started

Once enrolled, most members complete intake and initial setup within a few days. The team will guide you through next steps based on your selected journey.
Petals is available throughout the United States. Availability of medical consultations may vary by state based on provider licensure.
Medical consultations are optional and available through independent medical partners when clinically appropriate. These visits are not part of Petals wellness services and occur through the partner’s platform.
Not at all! Petals is designed to complement, not replace, your primary care or specialty care. We focus on education, lifestyle guidance, and support alongside your existing medical care.
If you schedule a medical consultation through one of our partners, response times vary based on that provider’s policies.
Our approach emphasizes understanding patterns and relationships between nutrition, lifestyle, hormones, stress, and overall well-being. This framework is educational and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
Each Petals journey includes a defined level of guidance. If you’d like additional sessions beyond what’s included, you may schedule them at any time. Pricing is shared clearly before booking, and there is no obligation to add extra support.

Labs & Testing

Labs can be helpful for gaining additional insight, but they are not required to begin. Depending on your journey, labs may be optional, recommended, or expected. If you already have recent labs, you may choose to upload them for educational context.
You’re welcome to upload existing labs completed within the past 1–6 months. These may be used to help inform wellness education and lifestyle discussions. If you would like medical interpretation, you may choose to schedule a consultation with one of our independent medical partners.
Laboratory testing is performed by national laboratories. Petals does not interpret lab results. If you request medical interpretation, this is provided by independent licensed clinicians outside of Petals.
If you have concerns about your results, you may choose to consult with your primary care provider or schedule a medical visit with one of our independent partners for further evaluation.
For any medical-related questions, you may choose to consult with your primary provider or schedule a medical visit with one of our independent partners for further evaluation through their secure platform.
For non-medical or program-related questions, our support team is happy to help at customerservice@joinpetals.com.
Petals programs include personalized intake review, preparation time, and education-based guidance. This time and customization are the same whether labs are newly ordered or previously completed.
Petals does not prescribe medications or issue medical referrals. When appropriate, prescriptions or referrals may be provided by independent licensed clinicians during a separate medical consultation.

We accept major credit cards and secure digital payment options such as Apple Pay, Klarna, and Affirm. At this time, we are unable to accept HSA, FSA, or HRA cards.
