Petals provides non-clinical services designed to support general well-being, including:

Petals services are educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical care.
Petals does not:
You should continue to work with your primary care provider or specialty providers for medical needs.
You may choose to upload laboratory reports for your own reference or educational context.
Petals does not review, interpret, or analyze laboratory results.
If you desire medical interpretation of labs, you may choose to consult with an independent licensed medical provider outside of Petals.
Petals may offer links or referrals to independent medical providers for optional medical consultations.
Any medical services are provided solely by those providers and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and professional obligations.
Engaging with a medical provider does not create a doctor–patient relationship with Petals.
Petals does not provide emergency or urgent care services.
