Independent Medical Providers

Use of such providers does not establish a doctor–patient relationship with Petals.
Laboratory & Health Information
You may upload laboratory or health-related documents for personal reference.
Petals does not review, interpret, or analyze such information. Any medical interpretation must be obtained from a licensed provider.
Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:

- Reside in the United States
- Provide accurate and complete information
Petals may deny or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.
Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
You agree to notify Petals immediately of any unauthorized use.
Payments & Billing
All Services are self-pay. Petals does not bill insurance.

- Payments are processed through third-party processors
- Petals does not store full payment card details
Payment Plans
Where available, you may select installment payments. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of Services, payments are non-refundable once services have begun.
Services are considered initiated upon:
- Completion of intake
- Scheduling or attending a session
- Delivery of personalized materials
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Petals does not guarantee results, health improvements, or outcomes.
